In the meantime, the hotel Belair is full!

But some more rooms are available at the hotel Reuter (about 10 km away from the hotel Belair). Informations about the hotel and the prices for rooms can be found at www.hotel-reuter.lu . You can book by e-mail (infos@hotel-reuter.lu), fax (+352-817309) or fone (+352-812917).

Please book only the room with breakfast, everything else (including all other meals) will take place at the hotel Belair.

Of course we will take in charge your transport from and to the hotel Reuter if you don’t travel by car.

The conference fees keep the same (see below).

The further fees (without accomodations) come to 115.- Euro.

The total costs for the conference come to 185.- (normal room) respectively 209.- Euro (comfort room).

This package includes:

• 2 accomodations with breakfast
• 2 lunchs
• 2 evening meals
• 4 times coffee in the breaks
• 1 volume of the journal Ferrantia (journal of the Natural Museum Luxembourg) with the proceedings of the conference
• permanent organizing accompaniment during the conference
• excursion guidance for possibly several groups
• sampling permission for all participants
• transport if needed for example from the Museum to the hotel or from the hotel to the train station Luxembourg city for participants travelling by train
