Posters

The panels we have for the posters are 65 cm wide and 200 cm high, so ideal for posters of size DIN A1. But it is no problem to put 2 panels together for posters of DIN A0. We have 14 posters announced. As the room for the posters is not so big, it would be preferable if not all the posters are of size AO.

We plane a poster session on saturday afternoon. Everybody will have about 6 minutes to present his/her poster. The presentation should be if possible in English, even when the poster is in an other language.

Lectures

The easiest way to make your presentation is with PowerPoint version 2000 or XP. The conference room will be equiped with beamer and laptop. If you work with an older version of PowerPoint we can convert your presentation. In this case it will be helpful if you send it to us before the conference in order to avoid technical chaos during the presentations.

If you prefer the “oldfashioned” way of presentation, we will also have at your disposal an overhead projector and a slides projector.

We planed for most lectures 30 minutes (including a few minutes of discussion). Only for few presentations dealing with ecological topics or with one species or a species-group we planed 20 minutes. Please have a look at the program.

Manuscripts :

Please bring your manuscripts to the conference. There is no limitation of page number. Guidelines for the manuscript can be found in this PDF document: 'instructions aux auteurs' (the instructions are in english). Our scientific border will have a look at the manuscripts before publication.
